At Hello Mart, we ensure timely and reliable delivery of your groceries and essentials throughout South Korea. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will reach you.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to most major cities and regions across South Korea, including:

  • Seoul

  • Busan

  • Incheon

  • Daegu

  • Daejeon

  • Gwangju

  • And other surrounding areas

If your area is not currently covered, we’ll notify you during checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and fresh as possible.

  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed after 2 PM

  • No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays

Delivery time slots: 9 AM – 9 PM (Monday to Saturday)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above ₩30,000

  • A small fee (₩3,000–₩5,000) may apply for smaller orders, depending on your location

All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is placed:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation message with estimated delivery time

  • A tracking link or delivery update will be sent by SMS or email

You can also track your order through your Hello Mart account dashboard.

5. Failed Deliveries

In case of unsuccessful delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • No one available to receive the order

  • Inaccessible delivery location

Our team will attempt to contact you. If undeliverable, the order may be rescheduled or canceled based on the situation.

6. Handling Perishable Items

We take extra care in packing and transporting perishable goods like:

  • Meat and seafood

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Dairy products

Temperature-controlled packaging and delivery are used to maintain freshness and safety.

7. Delays Due to Weather or Holidays

Delivery might be delayed during:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • National holidays or unforeseen events

We’ll always keep you informed via message or email in case of any delay.
